Great Lakes Window® Welcomes New President
Jeff Klein to Focus on Making 2006 the Year of the Customer
TOLEDO, OH, 2006 – For Great Lakes Window, the ‘Year of the Customer’ began with the appointment of Jeff Klein as President. Effective in December, 2005, Klein’s presidency brings 15 years of experience in building strong operations, multi-channel sales forces and technical teams that will enhance the company’s established dedication to custom-manufacturing premier vinyl replacement windows and patio doors for the remodeling market.
“As President, I intend to dedicate my attention to fostering lasting partnerships with our most valued relation – our customers,” says Klein. “Great Lakes Window successfully introduced a number of new brand lines in 2005. With new products and a fresh attitude, our goal is to exceed customer expectations and take Great Lakes Window to the next level.”
In previous positions, Klein served as President of the Western Window Market for Ply Gem Industries and climbed the ranks at Milgard Windows as General Manager, Regional Manager, Vice President of Organizational Development, then Senior Vice President. He also acted as an industry advisor for several private equity companies before accepting his position with Ply Gem Industries.
Klein’s background and ideals are firmly tied to the idea that exemplary customer service is the key to a successful future for Great Lakes Window.
