We had Great Lake casement windows installed in 2000 and 2004. The seal in the double pane broke and a moldy film was growing in a couple of the windows this year (2016). We called our original installer, Seigman’s, from the Defiance Ohio area. They looked up our warranty and replaced the windows. We were so pleased! Since we were remodeling the kitchen and an upstairs work office we called them and ordered your windows again. Thanks for staying true to your promise.
